Introducing Janice B. Gordon

If you’re an entrepreneur and have a successfully growing business, where do you turn for advice? I’d like to introduce you to our newest contributor to Market Leadership Journal. Her name is Janice B. Gordon and she might change the way you manage and lead your business moving forward.

Janice B. Gordon is our first international contributor who is going to help your business evolve to the next level. She has helped her clients generate over 7.5 million dollars in new business over the past 12 months. She has worked with many market leading organizations including BP, HSBC and AOL. She shared with me she has also worked with a number of emerging businesses that have carved out profitable niches in their markets.

Janice has several awards she’s won over the past 24 months to help you see why I’m so excited to having her contribute to the Journal. These awards include:

She is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management where she also received her MBA, a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Design, and a Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM post-graduate diploma. Janice is a selected Sage Business Expert and is a proud mentor of Virgin Startup Entrepreneurs and business owners internationally for Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.

I was looking for an outstanding contributor that could help many of you continue growing your businesses. I wanted someone who could share her unique perspectives on growing this underserved market. Janice not only works with entrepreneurs like us and she has lived it herself.  She can be very passionate when talking about business and life!

Janice is the author of Business Evolution-Creating Growth in a Rapidly Changing World.  In her book, she provides practical tools to help business can connect, engage, build relationships, transact, and even WOW their customers. I grabbed a copy of her book at Kindle and I couldn’t put it down.  She will be sharing her mindset and implementation strategies with you, our readers.

When I read her book I was surprised by how easily she shares complex problems while then providing practical, implementable strategies that help you increase the size of your business by focusing on customer experience. Janice seems to take many small business entrepreneur strategies and then scale them up to work well in a more established business. You can order your copy of her book at Amazon. When I spoke to her, she shared several ideas on developing key accounts that could help entrepreneurs double in size and make this new business more profitable than the early stage businesses. As you know, it is critical to maximize value for your customers as you continue scaling your growing business. I’m sure you will enjoy her perspectives on business growth. I know I did!
