Leadership Bios...Tripp Braden Tripp Braden is Managing Director of Strategic Performance Partners, an executive development organization that focuses on transforming high potential executives into high performing global leaders. He works with an organization’s future leaders to create an environment for continued professional growth, self-directed learning and personal mastery. His goal is to help clients achieve breakthrough leadership in their respective international markets while enabling them to continuously monitor the environment for future growth opportunities. He works with clients to do this through a multi-faceted global leadership framework that provides a better understanding of how to optimize the client’s team’s performance. Tripp previously served as Director, Executive Recruiting for a retained search firm. In this role, he was responsible for interviewing, evaluating and coaching senior level executives across a wide range of industries that included financial services, Big Five consulting, telecommunications, world class manufacturing, and emerging technologies. In conducting executive searches, he had the opportunity to interview many top executives, from Fortune 50 companies to technology startups. In his information technology-consulting career, Tripp spent several years overseeing development of several consulting practices that included enterprise software applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel and Vantive. These practices included working with international leadership teams to develop implementation and integration schedules, change management issues, business process reengineering, and training and development processes. He served as Executive Director of Strategic Alliance Partnerships to develop key channel relationships with many leading technology companies, including Siemens AG, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Element K, and Mentor Technologies. Tripp served as the Managing Director for Alan Sadler International a management consulting firm specializing in executive leadership performance, strategic marketing and business development strategies. He partnered with world class companies to provide new product development methodologies, strategic planning, executive coaching and organizational development. He provided clients with market development strategies, interview and facilitation skills to speed up new product development times. He has keynoted and served in senior officer roles for professional groups including Microsoft Technology Forum, Economic Development Institute, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Council of Logistics Management, Freight Managers Association, Case Western Reserve University and The Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. Corporate clients include Freddie Mac, AEP, Bank One, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Siebel Systems, Deloitte & Touche, Battelle Institute, American Greetings, and many others. His educational background includes BS from Baldwin Wallace College. He’s taught classes on the graduate level at Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Case Western Reserve University and at the Graduate School of Corporate Coaching. |  |
