Our client company is a two billion dollar spin-off effort.  They hired a new CEO to lead it.  He was new to the industry and serving for the first time as CEO.  We worked with him to develop a new strategy that would insure top line growth and retention of key individuals across the organization.  We provided him with an executive assessment process that allowed him to maximize his current leadership team's strengths.  In partnership, we identified potential gaps on the team and helped on-board a new CFO.  Concurrently, we developed a plan that would increase organizational effectiveness in strategic performance areas that would permit his organization to continue to grow and prosper as a stand-alone organization.
